    Mr. Ding's experiences in Capital Markets mainly include: A-Share IPO (China Mobile, G-bits, HitGen, Tap4Fun, Ai-Link); H-share IPO(CICC, Jenscare, Mabworks, Biocytogen); Material asset restructuring of listed companies; Private placement of shares by listed companies; Debt financing instruments Issuance.

    Mr. Ding's experiences in M&A transactions mainly include: Respectively represented different clients to invest in target corporations in various industries; Respectively represented different clients to obtain equity financing; Respectively represented different clients to acquire commercial real estates, cinemas, 4S stores etc.

    Mr. Ding has been providing General Corporate services to a number of listed or unlisted corporations since 2012.

    Mr. Ding received his LL.B. degree and his Master of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
