Ms. Zhang is a partner based in the Beijing Office. Ms. Zhang has over 10 years of practicing experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, asset management, financial institution and general corporate.

Ms. Zhang received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2006 and 2009, respectively, and her LL.M. degree from law school of University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2010. Ms. Zhang has PRC and New York legal professional license. 

Ms. Zhang is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
