She has provided comprehensive services and assisted clients with structuring and documenting location-based entertainment projects (including mega parks, indoor parks, world expos and international sports events), joint venture projects, acquisition of intellectual property rights, establishment of entities engaged in content creation and distribution, purchase of copyright libraries, and mergers and acquisitions in intellectual property right intensive industries.
