Haiwen & Partners (“Haiwen”) advised Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Limited (“Renrui HR”, stock code: 6919) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of the HKEx on December 13, 2019. Renrui HR issued 38,000,000 Offer Shares at the offer price of HK$ 26.00 per Offer Share and raised more than HK$1 billion (assuming no exercise of the Over-allotment Option)
According to its prospectus, Renrui HR is a fast-growing pioneer in HR solutions in China, operating on the largest scale in terms of the number of flexible staffing employees hired as at the end of 2018 and revenue generated from flexible staffing services in 2018. Renrui HR focuses on servicing renowned new economy Chinese companies. According to the industry consultant to this IPO, out of the 164 unicorn companies in China (as identified in the 2017 Development Report of Chinese Unicorn Companies), 69 were clients of Renrui HR during the three years ended December 31, 2018 and the six months ended June 30, 2019.
Haiwen acted as the PRC legal advisor to Renrui HR in this transaction, providing professional legal advice on all PRC legal issues, corporate restructuring, ESOP, etc.
